So far everything has been good and fresh. I don’t eat meat so I appreciate fresh seafood from a Chinese restaurant and that’s what I get when ordering my Shrimp egg foo young or other items.

New Ruby is our go-to spot for Chinese, but there have been a lot of inconsistencies lately. Tonight we ordered Broccoli and Bean Curd among other things. When the food arrived the Broccoli and Bean Curd consisted only of broccoli, not a single bit of bean curd. The sauce was very oily, too. It was disappointing. The other items were satisfactory.

The food here is pretty good- this is our go-to for chinese delivery. It took over an hour for delivery, though (but to be fair, it was a friday night).

Our order was not correct. We ordered Szechuan shrimp and got chicken. We ordered from here a few times and twice they got our order wrong.

Food was delicious! They missed the special instructions for NO SHRIMP in the Chinese Mish Mosh. But other than that we loved it. Their online ordering needs to give you an estimated time for you to pick up the food. We ended up waiting there for pick up.

Normally this place is amazing but they just sent wrong French fry size. Bummer. But foods amazing.

I have made a few orders on Beyond menu to this restaurant and when I pick it-up it's always on time. Great taste! very flavorful pretty much anything I have ordered at Ruby, friendly staff. Recommended

Food was fine and delivered promptly but restaurant called to say my credit card was declined even though the authorization is still showing on my statement. Had to pay delivery person in cash
